This line of kits is from Wool & Hoop in Texas. It is not the traditional crewel design but 'the new crewel' as designer Katherine Shaughnessy calls it. These are quick and easy projects to complete - even for the novice. You can complete the kit as it is or just use the designs to embellish something you already have. Either way, these are fun, new, and refreshing crewel designs.
 
Each kit contains everything you need to complete the 3" x 3" project:

Appleton crewel wool thread
needle

complete instructions
and even a blank greeting card with envelope

As an added bonus, when you buy one of our kits and you are new to crewel embroidery, we have an instructional DVD you may borrow as it is available. There is only one so it will be in and out frequently.

Jenny McWhinney Basketball Kit

These kits is made by the renowned Jenny McWhinney from Australia. Her work has appeared in several publications. This kit is for a square pillow embroidered with a basketball motif. All you need to complete the project is included in the kit. The project first appeared in Inspirations magazine issue #38. That magazine has the pattern and instructions and is included in this offer. Price $35 (includes Inspirations magazine issue #38).

A Needled Felted Bee flies over their sweet home and is attached with your needle felting needle – Clever! 3" x 3 1/2" plus Bees!
